The Maritime Learning Journey aims to bring MaritimeONE scholars and maritime students to interesting maritime locations with the objective of exposing and educating them to various maritime operations in the industry. This year, during Singapore Maritime Week, scholars and students got the chance to visit one of Singapore’s oldest lighthouses. Students also learnt how this iconic location helped ships navigate through the Singapore Straits to avoid nearby rocks and reefs.
